Accreditation Information
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and  Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the University of Minnesota and 555 Group.  The University of Minnesota is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physicians
The University of Minnesota designates this educational activity for a maximum of  1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits(s).  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their  participation in the activity.

Other Healthcare Professionals
If requested, attendees will receive a Statement of Attendance which can be used by other healthcare professionals for requesting Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) in accordance with state nursing boards, specialty societies, or other professional associations.

Pharmacists
The University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This program has been planned in accordance with the ACPEs Criteria for Quality. The Universal Program Number is 031-999-08-009-L04-P. This program provides up to 1.0 hour of pharmacy continuing education credit. Release date: January 2008. Following attendance at the program, passing a post-test at 70%, and Program Evaluation, statements of credit will be mailed to participants within 4 weeks.
