| This new process will be implemented on February 4, 2002 in the followingstates: CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, RI, VA, VT, WV. Please takenote that this process will also be implemented in NJ. The only state thisnew process will not be implemented in is PA. PA should continue to followthe VAD Fast Packet ICB process. | ||
