TLS Inquiry Process...
Until a final TLS inquiry process is developed, the following interim TLSinquiry process should be followed:
      Sales completes TLS Inquiry Form (see Reference). Completed form must be e-mailed to sda_ace@banetworkdata.com. ACE/CNE assigns Port & CLLI and forward completed TLS Inquiry form back to the Sales initiator Sales opens a case in the CBS/CNE Database and attaches completed TLS Inquiry form. The CBS/CNE database is located at the following site:
      http://cbscnemd.verizon.com.

If it is determined that Special Construction is required, Sales initiator must open case in the CBS/CNE database to obtain Special Construction Pricing. This interim TLS inquiry process is effective immediately.

TLS Custom Pricing/ICB Process...
The TLS ICB Job Aid, attached above, provides information on processing a Custom Pricing/ICB request for TLS service.

This new process will be implemented on February 4, 2002.

Both the TLS Inquiry and ICB Process will be implemented in the following states: CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, RI, VA, VT, & WV. Please take note that both of these processes will also be implemented in NJ. The new TLS Inquiry and ICB process will not be implemented in PA. PA should continue to follow the VAD TLS ICB & Inquiry process.
