Due to a problem on the file used in the CSG update process, we have been notified not all accounts have been updated with the correct Restructure
CSG.

As a result of this delay, and until all accounts have been updated with If an account has a CSG of L01 or T13, it should be handled by the Garden City BPC Demand Center (no change).

If the account has a CSG assigned to ESG, warm transfer to the ESG (no change).

All other accounts, regardless of the CSG, should be handled out of the appropriate BSC.

Until then, it is important to make sure we are taking care of the customer and not transferring them back and forth between channels.

Every effort is being made to have all accounts updated with the correct CSG as quickly as possible. Thank you for your immediate attention to this change.
